2 Story Construction Project build
Esquivel Residence

The Esquivel Residence custom home build construction project is located off of Tornio in Port St. Lucie. The total square footage is 4,632 and under air 3,454 SF. In other words, this home project is a large single family home. This home; in fact isn’t your average home. Therefore the home was customized to the homeowner unique specifications with different height ceilings, rooms, and designs. That's the true beauty of building a custom home. However with spec homes, everyone has the same house. Additionally, you as the owner, gets to choose variety of finishes, materials and design that your desire. After all, this is a custom home. Although custom homes may seem great and all, but with, comes a bigger price tag than spec homes.

Mohawk Landing

The Outdoors Quality has been in the works of these spec homes in Fort Pierce Florida. Although we understand homes prices have gone thru the roof, but not our spec homes. Currently we have 14 homes on Mohawk in Fort Pierce, 1 on Iroquois Fort Pierce, & 2 in Palm Bay Florida. These homes are just 1,302 SF under air and total SF 1,786.While these are small single family home, but great for first time buyers. It's a 3 bed room, 2 bath, 2 car garage. The perfect size home for 1st time buyers.

New build projects
Lunas Residence

This custom home build is located In Fellsmere, Fl. This Custom Home is designed to be a Farm House Style. The total square footage is 5,219 SF and 4,118 SF under air. This beautiful home will be built on a 5 acre land. We Should be starting this project by November 2024, Currently under permitting with Indian River Building Department.

Elevator Addition

This elevator shell construction addition we just started this October of 2024, we will be having a full video on YouTube that you can watch on our channel for this 2 story home. This is involving, helical piling, grade beam, shear walls, masonry, tie beam, and hand frame trusses. Stay tune.
